The BDs and DVDs here aren’t actually ones I bought in Japan, as their video region is not the same that is used over here in the UK, and, well, their prices are quite above an amount I feel comfortable spending with.
I’m not even talking about volume releases, which are more understandable, the price for what looks to be just barebones BD case releases is still extremely high relative to here.

Figures and Gunpla
(Okay, I’ll admit I was enticed by these Shirobako and Hibike! Euphonium volumes)
Kara no Kyoukai DVD Boxset
When I saw that this box-set was being sold for £50 instead of £80, I grabbed it, knowing that I would never fork out hundreds for the imported blu-ray version anyway.
The box looks great, though the DVD cases themselves, are the very thin, flimsy-feeling kind, so they could fit the 7 movies + epilogue in.
The discs themselves just vary by the colour of the kanji, as opposed to having specific art.
But it came with a neat little booklet, which contained a dated timeline, an introduction to each movie’s story, and some nice art.
And lastly, a collection of gorgeous postcards!
